Souths issues are highlighted nicely in that post DKOR

Melbourne slaughtered your boys out wide and that is where just about every team who has beaten them this year has done it and I can see the Dogs doing the same. Simply put your 3/4 line is rubbish and is only made up by how good Inglis is at the back. He cant carry the who line in defence though like he does in attack.

Some teams aren't lucky enough to sign two international outside backs for $50k mid way through the season...

Ftr, every team has its weakness. That's the legacy of a salary cap. Imo, ours went a long way to being addressed when King was injured and McQueen was moved to the centres. Farrell and Reynolds are still reasonably weak defenders but Merritt coming back will help us as well.

Once again, let me reiterate that I'm not putting us down as certainties. Far from it. Dogs are definite favorites and deservedly so but they are a long way from unbeatable and I give us a fair chance. They have their fair share of weaknesses as well and we have some game breakers in our team who can exploit them.

God that tabloid nonsense makes my blood boil. How is it even a scandal? Since when can a woman not take off her top and sunbathe for ten f**king minutes? Paparazzi are universally pieces of shit.

I'm happy to confirm the naked photos of Kate Middleton include one of William applying sunscreen to her arse. Wish the pics were less blurry but that's what happens when you take the photo from 1.5ks away.
:? You're probably one of those perverts that perves on the next door neighbours and hopes they don't draw their bedroom curtains.

Some would say luck, others would say astute team management. Souths signing Inglis for such a high pay packet may ultimately hurt them in the end given where it has left the rest of their backline.

McQueen is a good player but is still only a middle of the road centre and Merritt has been part of their defencive issues out wide all year.

I just see the Dogs strengths lining up with Souths weaknesses

True story, my neighbour does not even have glass in one of their windows, i wish they would fix it and put up curtains. Sitting on the verandah with a beer and occasionally catching a look at what appears to be a wilderbeast is not fun.

So did anyone hear the interview about Rugby League Project on grandstand yesterday arvo?
Yes thought it was quite good, Azkatro spoke pretty well

Yeah that. For example whilst the wide players are a weakness for Souths, i think the halves are still a weak point for the Dogs. They're form has been (largely) off the back of a superb front row performance, but if a side can handle their front row do Keating and Reynolds have what it takes to drag the side back into the game?

 Do yourself a favour and give them a board of plywood to cover the lack of glass.

Conversely, the Dogs Manly game that all the Doggies fans are so wrapped up about was a shit quality game. Both teams were ordinary, Dogs were slightly less ordinary.

On the contrary, both teams were solid without being spectacular and both could've mounted arguments to win the game. Brutal, highly defensive game with the odd flash of brilliance.

Neither team was overly impressive but the win still instilled confidence.

Not sure how bagging our performance while overlooking the fact you had a rails run against a Raiders side who practically gave up once the margin was 10+...

It is hilarious, they have no glass in the window, they have replaced a section of guttering with a section that is a different size so it forms a step where the water then pours out and digs a hole in the ground. They painted a car on their dirt driveway yesterday afternoon. Very entertaining mob.
