If I had a dollar for every hoodoo we've broken this year, I'd have enough to buy Timmah's lunch for a week. I'm happy to go into this one as underdog and for everyone to write us off. Souths have already exceeded my expectations for this year. Anything else from here is a bonus.

Different kind of Rabbitoh said:
Fact is, the Storm would have beaten any other team in the comp last week.

Fact is you don't know what a fact is.

I disagree, I thought the Storm started fairly poorly and while they got on the board due to some Slater magic if a team like the Bulldogs or Sea Eagles (if they keep Lyon on the field) have of played them they wouldn't have allowed them to have the game sown up by half-time.

Souths were rubbish that night.

Hopefully they come good on the weekend. Could be a really good contest if the Souths big guns rock up.

For as good as Reynolds was against Canberra, he was a ghost against Melbourne. That fact seems to have been forgotten in the ensuing fapathon

How dare he have a quiet game in his first ever finals game. That game let him have the game he had yesterday. Nerves are gone, he belongs.

How much should they have beaten Canberra by? All that maters in finals is winning. And 38-16 playing their second finals series in 23 years and winninjg their first finals game in 25? I imagine I'd be pretty chuffed in their shoes. Especially given the performance of Luke and the fact Inglis was anonymous and Merritt was out.

Look at our performances in 2010 - cruised through Manly with the bare minimum of effort, snuck home against the Tigers after a solid but nervous performance, and a similar dose of nerves in the first half of the GF, but made it to half time only down by 2. Then came out and lapped them in the second half.

Farrell scores that try we win. If Farrell had have stepped back inside and taken the tackle we'd probably have got you as well. One poor play from Farrell / brilliant play from Barba changed the complexion of that match and then we let you go 100 metres to score and compounded the error. We lost our composure at a vital point and that cost us the game. Doggies did what they've done all year. Hung in there all night and then punished our mistake when it came. Simple as that.

Souths issues are highlighted nicely in that post DKOR

Melbourne slaughtered your boys out wide and that is where just about every team who has beaten them this year has done it and I can see the Dogs doing the same. Simply put your 3/4 line is rubbish and is only made up by how good Inglis is at the back. He cant carry the who line in defence though like he does in attack.

I'm happy to confirm the naked photos of Kate Middleton include one of William applying sunscreen to her arse. Wish the pics were less blurry but that's what happens when you take the photo from 1.5ks away.
