My girlfriend's work has been jerking her around of late.

Earlier this semester that cut her hours back because several of the classes at her vocational college are off on training. She was not told that would effect her pay, as she is paid monthly - not hourly.

Last month she informed her school she would not be living on campus anymore and would like the housing allowance (approx $500 a month) they had promised her if she did this. They argued against it but she eventually won out.

Next week, they tell her that she has not taught 96 hours worth of classes due to the training and so they will not be paying her for her last month of work in the country.

Just got the news that she went in and played the 'sad, hard done by foreigner' card and got it all back.

Stress free week for CWB.

I, too, would like to know the answer, but only for research purposes. My right hand and I have split after 28 years due to irreconcilable differences.
