Former St George Illawarra captain Paul McGregor is also expected to rejoin the club's full-time ranks again as another assistant to Price. McGregor has spent the past two seasons in charge of the Dragons NSW Cup side, Illawarra Cutters, having been part of Nathan Brown's coaching set-up before Wayne Bennett's arrival at the Dragons in 2009.

Ladies and gentlemen, I wish to introduce you to the 2014 wooden spooners. Place your TAB bets now, whilst the odds are high, as we are about to hit a new low.

How do they grade that?

I'm serious because when you look at the 4000+ branches of Christianity with massively differing viewpoints on just about everything. Economically you see the bible used to justify every position from outright Marxism to rabid capitalism and socially it's the same where you see it used again to justify everything from the concepts of inclusiveness and philanthropy to theocratic authoritarianism, the most obvious example of this being during the Civil War period where both sides thought that they had the Lord on their side.

Going to see how long my latest post in TFC lasts before going to the troll thread

Before it gets moved.

Are people so dense they believe Jobe Watson told the ASADA investigators anything different to what he revealed in his interview last week?

I thought he was quite meticulous the way he worded his response too. He never admitted to taking anything, he admitted to consenting to it, and that he believed that he was receiving what he consented to. Until it's proven what he was injected with he's guilty of nothing at this stage and should be free to play. I'm sure this has been lost on the brigade of experts calling for his head. It don't think it's been lost on the AFL, because they haven't taken the classical NRL style kneejerk response and suspended a player who hasn't been found guilty of anything (Brett Stewart anyone)

Cue this being moved to the troll thread because it's an opposing viewpoint

Ultimately the bible is less about the viewpoint put forward and more the story of salvation as an arc that begins with Adam / Eve and ends with Jesus.

You're right, there's a lot of viewpoints out there and they each use the bible to justify their position (Mitt Romney, Churchill, Bush, Obama, Abbott, for example). You're also right, that the various colleges will mark according to where they sit on the theological spectrum (Liberals teach / mark in align with their liberal trend, conservatives the same, evangelicals the same etc).

I'm reading Wayne Grudem, who is a reasonably conservative man on his thoughts about Grace and Eschatology. Is it right? Some of it may be, I don't doubt.

I think I'm answering your question by saying they mark according to their worldview and theological slant. Am I in the ball park?
