If we get Brown for next year i'd almost look at trading Brailey if the Cowboys have someone we want. I'm sure Arthur will heal from his ankle injury and we can get by with stopgaps if necessary. If it helps us stack the deck a bit more from 2026 onwards for a little bit of short term pain then I'd do it.

Landing the Brown deal should immediately see the club switch into making sure the premiership window opens up next year.

Mega unlucky, but I guess the writing is on the wall for both he and Cogger. Whichever is favoured right now, they're only keeping the seat warm until we find a bigger name to slot in there.

I don’t see much value in getting Brailey moved on this year because he’s off contract for next year anyway right? And POS isn’t planning on keeping him. Who else were we planning on signing for this year?

Only benefit is if they can front load some contracts, do clubs still do that?
