You haven't between around in ages woody, I forget what you are. DL on the other hand definitely a merkin.

I'm afraid to take mood stabilisers. What if they change my lovable personality

I thought the hamburgers did the trick.

The only thing different is the coffee which you never used to drink.

I still have really bad dark times followed by a sudden high and genuine belief I am the greatest thing on this planet. It's draining

If the mood change is almost immediate and there's an increase in polarity of the swings, then you're a possible bi-polar case.

It would also explain your reluctance to take mood-stabilizers; most bi-polar sufferer's cannot stand their medication.

Kayanos are great shoes. I think they are easily the best runners I have owned. At the moment I have some Nike Pegasus which I bought because I got them half price. They are pretty good also imo.

Of course, Cliffy will tell you that all of these "commercial" shoes are shit and that you should buy some obscure brand of runners that are only available in one store in South America and you need to place an order by registered post, but Cliffy is a little odd when it comes to these things.

I also have a pair of Vibrams and I can see the sense behind them, but they take some getting used to and if you don't make the adjustment properly, you can really f**k up your feet.

There's none of them near me anyways! I went into athletes foot too and they showed me only the expensive ones telling me it was definitely what I needed. f**k off. I'm in retail. I know what you're doing!

Kayanos are expensive, but from a sales point of view they are absolutely a dream. I've had customers dead set refuse to pay more than $150ish, until they put their foot into a Kayano and are suddenly converted. Very good shoe. Pegasus are overrated.

Don't like the extreme barefoot runners at all. The Adidas ones are quality however.
Phil Liggett is at least 50% of the reason I love Le Tour. Fantastic commentator. Don't mind Paul Sherwen, though the game with him is to guess which personal cliche he'll pull out next. My personal favourite is the Suitcase of Courage.

Oh and Lawn Bowls and Darts are awesome. In fact, it's reasonably difficult to find a sport I don't like.

Haha, the terminology is awesome.

Went into a couple more stores and they all recommended the kayanos for me too.

Looks like I know what I'm spending my tax return on now.

I learnt that Kayanos were one of the better running shoes when I did work experience at Paul's Warehouse over 10 years ago.

Never actually bought a pair though

Got a conference call at 5:30 tonight.

Means I get to leave work at 4 so I can be home in time for it (thank God I can call in from home) \\\\:D/

Better not go past 6:30 though or I'll be pissed [-X

I went to rebel, found the size I wanted then bought them on Amazon for about $80 cheaper.

Also planning on doing this...

Don't mind people doing this, it's the natural consequence of a globalised world. It's the people who waste half an hour of your time and then try to make it look like they're seriously considering it that are scum of the earth.

You can tell who they are from a mile off too.

Sounds like Cliffy may be bi-polar. For her sake, I hope not. My Dad has it. Absolute merkin of an illness.

A friend I know has it. Destroyed their relationships with people among many other things. Debilitating illness at times.

It can be managed best with the medication, or so I've heard. When they're on their lithium, they seem as normal as you or I. Off it? Not so cool...

Werd! So much hate!

It will be the end of my parents marriage sooner rather than later. My dad is bi-polar and refuses to get treatment. It's also a large part of the reason I didn't speak to him for years.
