And of course, my original request of keeping the item they sent in error and receiving a full refund. Then, maybe, I'll be able to stop seeing a grief counsellor in 3 to 4 months."

My issue is not that they screwed up the order, it's that their customer service in trying to fix it was balls.

What do you expect? Email communication is almost universally slow in the realm of customer service. It's a step up from sending in a complaint via smoke signal or pigeon.
