My boss is a big part of the reason that I want to move on. Such a total douche. Him & the fact that their is nowhere for me to progress in the company. Basically, I need someone else to leave for me to go anywhere and those above me basically do nothing and get paid handsomely for it, so I can't see them going anywhere, anytime soon.

Of course, experience tells me that as soon as I pull the pin, one of them will leave and I'll be left kicking myself. However, I think it's a risk I will have to take. If for no other reason other than my mental well being. The place is doing my head in one day at a time. Coming to work here is like going through water torture.

In saying that, Saints fans were unbearable on here after we won. I loved winning, but the hubris was sickening.

I've basically given up on Souths ever winning the comp in my lifetime. I've been around for the best part of 36 years and never seen it so why should any of the next 36, 50, 100 years be any different?

Winning a finals match is about as good as it's going to get for us I think.
