I don't believe it. I once had a woman take three attempts to get the address on my licence renewal correct.

Strange thing was.. The address was correct on the licence I was renewing.

RTA took me 35 minutes the other day. Was packed at lunch but I, too, found someone with some common sense. I felt sorry for the lack of it on the people they were dealing with.

The whole ticket system is diabolical as well.

The buffoons at the USPS however, can deliver 78 metric tonnes of junk mail to my letterbox every week without fail.

Important personal documents sent via registered express with a tracking number? Lost. And I had to wait 10 days to escalate it. I need the birth certificate by Friday and the manager at the local post office just had a very uncomfortable afternoon.

She's no doubt praying I don't return at 5 minutes before closing time tomorrow, meaning they have lost it. The one thing, the ONE thing I need is the only thing they can't get right.

I hate the USA and it's buck passing mentality. They should all be zillionaires the way they pass it about.

Sounds like a shitfight. I read an article once that UPS prioritises those companies that send junk mail because it makes them the most money. Sounds like it is true.
