Negative. I will never harm wolves. Now, I'm not one of those green peace protestors, 'save the whales', 'save our trees', 'against global warming' etc... but I do like wolves. In fact Polar Bears are probably more endangered than wolves with global warming and I couldn't give two shits about them.
Well this is the final thing I'll say on the matter and then we'll agree to disagree. If we are talking about power, then there is no question about it, bears (polar or not) are much stronger than wolves due to their size. That is their advantage. However, this is also a weakness, because being so big, they are not as fast or mobile, and they are their endurance is much lower. The wolves have the speed advantage, and in the wild that is their biggest advantage. Animals such as bisons and what have you can even scare wolves off, but if it came down to it, I believe wolves have the upper hand on bears simply due to their endurance. Bears are naturally stronger, but the longer the tug-of-war goes on, the worse it is for them.
I find that hard to believe for some reason. When I think of Melbourne, the vision I usually get is cloudy, overcast days and cold weather. Last time I went to Melbourne, the weather was fairly nice, 27 degrees, blue sky, nice and sunny... and I woke up the next day and what a contract it was, 16 degrees (top temp that day), overcast, and drizzly. This was in late Spring.
