Refs aside, QLD really pushed us in those final few minutes. I'm still shocked out defence held out, the blues of the past would've cracked after that much pressure.

darius boyd is actually a twin, has a brother romulus and they have been duping fans for years, switching with each other.. this is why boyd has hardly missed any games through injury.. if one has a twinge, the other plays..

darius (the better twin, kind of like brett morris) played NRL in the early years, as well as at the dragons in 09 & 10, and now only comes out for 3 games a year during origin.

romulus boyd has been playing the rest of the games, riding on darius' good name.. he's the bloke playing for newcastle..


it was wayne bennett who convinced them to do this, hence why the boyd's follow him around everywhere...

he tried a similar trick with the morrii as well when he arrived at the dragons, told josh to retire and he'd just interchange him with brett.

josh didn't want a bar of it so moved to canterbury.

It is not even form...he is just finishing moves off the back of GI and Hodges.

It shows that he is an overated player when playing for the Knights who does not have the skill to stand out when he does not have the likes of GI next to him.

I wonder what Tate thinks about the damage you can cause punching a guy pinned on tge ground by someone else with no ability to fight back. Flog. Boyd and Tate are the least likeable pair of wingers in history.

Was a cracking game of footy. Least excited I have been for origin in years, and missed first half hour because of uni, but it was such a good game.
