I was up to an 80kg squat after three weeks from nothing, but my set up is so ghetto that i can't do it anymore. Holes in the ground on a slope and a shitty rusty rack that has to be propped up on chairs because I'm too tall equals a bad time. Caught my foot in a ditch and twisted with weight on my shoulders, decided to chuck it in until I get some money for proper stuff.

two bung knees limits my lower body training and several fractures in my hand has limited my grip strength for deadlifting. hand gives way before my legs do at about 150kg. Use to max out around 230kg
