I honestly can't even remember anything about the last series we'd won before tonight.

I do know that in 2005 I was unemployed, unhappy, overweight, and not really doing much with my life. Hard to believe how much has gone down in the nine years since.

Some Origin thoughts before I crash out....

1-F**K YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2-We were very lucky. Our halves, particularly Reynolds were ordinary. Hokko redeemed himself in the greatest way possible though.
3-Our game plan for future series needs to be "give the f**king thing to Hayne wherever possible." So frustrating watching him scream for the ball and Farah give it to a prop for a hit up.
4-Dugan was excellent, surprised me.
5-Ryan Hoffman was the best on the park by a million miles. What a game.
6-I never WISH injury on a player. But watching that absolute piece of filth Brent Tate crying as he limped off made my week. Eat a dick merkin.
7-F**K YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a mate whose grandparents are Dutch. Pretty sure he's never been there, but if he has, it's just been the once.

Otherwise, he's full blown skippy.

Am I unreasonable in my annoyance with him constantly prattling on about 'Oranje! Oranje!' and 'Hup Holland'? If he were Dutch from birth or even his folks were both Dutch, I'd kind of get it.

Instead, it just makes me think he's supporting them as a bandwagonner. Like, would he be all over the Finnish national team if his grandparents had been Finnish? Or is he only on the Dutch because he gets to see them win?

Either way, irks me more than New South Welshmen supporting Queensland.
