I felt he used enough of his arms in the last tackle. If that had been made 20m out, there would have been no issue whatsoever. But even if you take that as a fair call, the first penalty try was absolutely rubbish and he gave it to Wales all game...the Boks got away with murder while the Welsh were pinned for every little thing.
