Perhaps the best of both worlds, then?

Want!

I used to just put my exercise bike in front of my PC and watch a movie while I rode, but I found it didn't quite cut it.

Now, that looks like a way I could work out

I've lost 20kg in the most couch potato way possible. Bike infront of my PC and swapping real sugar for diet pepsi.

I reckon if I stopped drinking bourbon and cokes I'd lose some kgs, must go through at least 4 litres a week of coke

Tried the vodka and soda thing but not a fan of the taste..

You'd have to pedal pretty f*cking hard to power a game like Skyrim.

Tried just switching to bourbon and Coke Zero/Pepsi Max?

I eat whatever I want, whenever the f*ck I want. No gains. #WinningAtLife

Nothing lasts forever, old bean. I was nicknamed 'scrawn' until I was 14 or so. My next brother down used to be able to eat whatever he wants, but now he has to work out to keep it off too.

Anyone else get a full blown patriotism boner whenever someone like Hewitt does something good?

So much this, all over the place. Except I'm a generally fit/healthy/sporty person so I hate myself whenever I'm too unhealthy.

I've been more fit as of late, but by no means super-athletic. Just gym 4/5 times a week. Being more conscious about junk food in general (Cut out the snacks).etc.

Gym any times a week is better than I do tbh... I take the attitude that my body wasn't built for weights and my mind wasn't tuned for just running, so I don't bother with either. Team sport keeps me in good shape.

Ideally, that's what I'd do too.

I'm maybe built for long distance (I certainly took to it okay) but I do find it tedious. My brothers and I all share the frame for weights, but I don't have the patience for that either.

Team sports are the only exercise that makes sense to me, but the only ones I can find here are cricket (not particularly tiring) or rugby (full of wankers).
