The moment it detracts from the public image of the Sharks or the NRL it becomes their problem. Personally I don't think young blokes doing stupid shit should be an issue for anyone other than themselves, but modern community standards dictate you can't do that.

Public image is just as powerful, if not moreso, than the law when it comes to regulating behaviour these days.
