Since when are bathrooms a public place? If someone comes in and takes a picture of me taking a dump and then publishes it, I'd sue him. If I walked in on a woman taking a whiz and took a picture and posted it on Twitter I'd be locked up in jail. If I walk in and take a picture of a boy in the toilet having a leak and put it on Twitter, I'd be locked up in jail and branded a rock spider.
Yet someone can take a picture of Carney in the loo shooting a bit too far north for most peoples liking and somehow thats ok? And that Carney loses his contract over it? Crazy.
As far as I'm concerned, someone took a picture of a person in a bathroom, which is a private location no matter where it is, and published it. How is that not an invasion of their privacy, no matter what he was aiming for?
