@ BF: Negative is the incorrect response to Rhino's statement.

No is correct. Negative is an adjective, while no is an adverb.

And in writing this I realise it's akin to smashing my head against a wall trying to explain basic English to you.
Affirmative, you are correct, however people in this forum have become accustomed to me using "Negative" in place of the word "No", just like they're become accustomed to the user Chook signing off each individual post with the word "Chook" on a new line, as opposed to using the signature function this forum offers.

...and then hand in your resignation.

f**k exercising before work. Only weirdo's do that shit.

If we were meant to exercise to remain fit and healthy then God would've made us like Bengal cats, who can do all of their exercise for the day by simply stretching when they wake up.
Agreed. I always do it after work, cbf in the morning, especially in winter!

I have never been able to do exercise first thing after waking up. Just not enough of a morning person.

Maybe if I got to work at 9 or something I would but when I'm getting to work at 7 I savour whatever possible sleep I can get in the morning and make sure I go to the gym at night.

Morning exercise is the best

Only pussies wait until the afternoon/evening
Negative. Exercising after work is better as your body is already warmed up and still in motion. Also there are no time constraints, and it is the perfect way to shake off all the stress/tension after a day in the office.

Sheezus that's impressive. I take a couple of hours just to be fully functional in the morning.

2.5yo twins are the best training for getting up early

That and being a tradesman for the first 10 years of my working life have conditioned me to getting up before the sun

So... people have become accustomed to you using bad English, supporting the claim that you're an idiot.

Right.
