Honesty session: who looks at the contents of their tissue after blowing their snout?
yes. I need to know i've used the f**king tissue.
And who goes ole skool and carries a snot rag in their pocket?
I'm from the country. Bushman's hankie for the win, just blast the nostril contents on the ground and then wipe your face on a tree

Does everybody here remember what their first phone was? I remember I wanted a Nokia 5110 so badly in 1999 when they exploded onto the market. There was a huge order and backlog from the phone store though, and they had too much demand than supply. When I eventually got in, they were discontinued... so I got the 3210. I honestly thought that was the best thing since sliced bread back then.

How the times have changed!

A Phillips twist

This was before u could text on mobiles

Only to make sure there's no blood.

Yep. One to use, one spare that is clean.

Wife hates them, yet still asks for the clean one when out and about.

Yes, the missus does the same thing here as well. Can't stand using tissues, they make me sneeze even more if I have hay fever.

Why do so many muppets believe the myth about beer warming up ruining it? It's frustrating

Because that's the truth dickhead!

In reality though, it's the great modern wives tale. Mostly told by old people, which is then believed as gospel by those younger than them. Some non-pasteurised beer needs to stay refrigerated, but for the main domestic and international lines you could bung it between the freezer and the oven and have no impact.

The first Dan Murphys in Townsville, they stored their beer outside in the sun and humidity and I swear when you would buy slightly obscure beers from there that didnt have a high turn over, they tasted like utter shit compared to buying from a BWS or somewhere located in a shopping centre where the beer was just stored out the back but in the shade (still quiet warm though being NQ) i took a carton of Michelob ultra back to that Dan Murphys mentioned above and made the manager drink some and even he turned his nose up after having a swig and let me grab a carton of something else in return. May have been moreso the fact the beer might have been a bit old? I dunno. The more popular beers like xxxx gold were alright though, that's if you like xxxx gold :)

Sun kills beer, so does extreme heat. I'm talking about the belief that people have that letting a beer warm up from the fridge ruins it. I'm in Canberra. In winter, my beer delivery comes from an uninsulated warehouse on an uninsulated truck. It's colder than the fridge when it gets here and warms up on the floor....in summer they often send it on cold trucks so same thing

The problem you have there is that Queenslanders can't afford XXXX and an iphone.

You have another issue, People who own iphones are softcocks who wouldn't drink anything more alcoholic than water.

Plus Iphones are shit and XXXX is even shittier.

Corona >>> all other beer!

correct..

corona is far removed from all other beers...

to the point where it shouldn't even be considered a beer...

it's watery, no taste and is only good as a recovery beer the next day...

Well then instead of saying correct, shouldn't you be saying... Negative?
