Total Recall - the film that just keeps on giving.

If she was smart she would have gone documentary style before she got it done. Would have gotten ten times the attention and publicity.

sitting here, enjoying a nice bottle of wine.. tallying up my team's best & fairest votes for the season in preparation for presentation night..

and watching the 2010 prelim vs the tigers...

sigh... 2010 is so recent from an overall time point of view.. yet such a lifetime ago from a football perspective..

i miss weyman.

Whatever happened to that guy? I remember he was one of the props in the game, so dominant and powerful and he sort of fell off the map altogether when Wayne left.

I just went to the shopping centre to get some lunch.

As I was departing the venue, I foolishly, albeit very briefly, made eye contact with one of those guys who are always seeking donations for a charity. I make my donations to charities in private.

This guy was partnered by a young bird who was joking around with and obviously trying to impress, despite the fact the he knows full well, the only intimacy he would ever share with her is when he's at home having a wank.

Anyways, he approaches me and I put my hand up say "Sorry mate, not today" and he replies "no no, your shoelace is undone."

I immediately stop because I know, as does everyone else who has eyes, that my shoes are not equipped with shoelaces, as they are surplus to the shoe's functionality.

I looked at him and he smiled awkwardly and then I said "Are you raising awareness for the piss poor unemployed comedians association?"

Hois colleague started laughing and he went bright red in the face.

I smiled at him and said "Your shoelace is undone" (which it was)

and I walked away.
