You had the option of stabbing my pancreas before I left the country. Instead, you just tackled me.

Come find me. I'll even give you the state, town and university to narrow it down.

1. Youre not worth the flight
2. Whatever shithole you are in is moving towards winter, and will be minus many degrees, possibly even in Fahrenheit. f**k that bullshit!

I've been on a fitness rollercoaster these last few years. I'm an inch under 6 foot.

Late 2011 I clipped the 100kg mark for the first time in my life and it spurred me into action. I embarked on a program of running and by the time I got engaged mid 2012 I was just over 87 kilos.

Slowly packed it all back on to the point where I was about 98 kilos 4 months before I was due to get married in 2013. Of course, the threat of impending wedding kicked me into action again and by the time I went down the aisle in November 2013 I was a smidge over 84 kilos.

Went to Hawaii for our honeymoon for the best part of 4 weeks and by the time we got back I was back in the 90's. Haven't been on the scales for a bit but I reckon I'm on or very near the 100kg mark again.

I want to start to train again but starting is the hard part. I know I'll have a month or so of feeling terrible before my body adjusts and I actually get the good feeling out of training again.

Regardless, I will get into it. Eventually. I don't like being at the size that I am and eventually I get sick of it and just hit the gym. It's always been the way with me.

Shit will start again when you have kids

No time, sleep or good food choices will see you back on the fatty wagon. That or take another trip to the U.S. I put on 8kgs in 6 weeks the first time I went over there

I am a stay at home dad.

I have put on 0kgs.

That's been my issue. I manage my weight through dropping my intake. It helps, but I'm feeling gross more often.

ED is the biggest f**kwit. I'm picturing a short fat man who pleasures himself while watching AFL games and hates himself for it and then spends all day bitching about AFL and deleting my perfectly acceptable non trolling posts.
