Wasn't laughing at it from the eels side, he is a decent pick up.

The two positions Quinlan plays best, fullback and 5/8, have incumbent SOO and International players there already. He was never going to be first choice in front of The Dugan or Widdop.

If he wants to play 1st Grade, then it was going to be elsewhere. And since Parra lost their fullback to the NFL, that's not a bad place to start for a full time spot.
