Why would they cut their live feed?

a few reasons..

1. stops the rioters doing stuff 'on camera' to get attention / encouraging others to start looting if they see how easy it is to get away with stuff..

2. unpredictability - incase something really bad happens..

3. police gaining control - if it turns ugly, the police will need to be forceful, and showing this live will incite more people to join in.



mob mentality.. it's crazy stuff...

I can see a huge fire burning out my window in East Baltimore. It was a senior centre they'd just finished building.

Muzby outlined some good reasons, but the fact they've done it is indication that there's something really going on.

I don't see how Baltimore can recover from this. It will take decades, the city was still hurting from the '68 riots

Sounds like a great idea! Lets arm civilians to put down unrest against other civilians in politically tense situations where great care and proper training is needed... and then given them two weeks before arming them to the teeth.
