bugger mate..

hopefully they've at least looked after you from a package perspective..

don't let it stress you too much.. as scary as it can be to sit there facing a potential period of unemployment, just remember:

1. if you've got the skills and abilities, you'll get another job with ease

2. you'd be surprised how many people say that getting a forced redundancy has been one of the best things in their careers.. some choose new paths, others see it as a way to get a fresh start & new eyes, and then others just enjoy the extra pay that comes if you achieve point no.1 early on in the process.. (hell, i've known people who have been given advance notice of a redundancy, found another job in the time, walked out of current place on the last day, and walked into the new one straight away..)

Jesus, that was it?

I was expecting something a bit more graphic than him play-humping a dog.

The real story here should be his heroic battle with incontinence. We're with you, Pissy.

I've got some banging good footage of Jon Green butchering Lionel Ritchie at some dodgy Wollongong pub a few years back.

What'll that get me?

I thought of all the things he'll get pinged for, the kissing a chick when she didn't want to was going to be a big problem.

Its amusing and saddening that the dog thing is what will generate the biggest attention though.

He's clearly got bigger issues though. Getting that blind drunk given his track record suggests he is either unable to learn, or requires further help to overcome his issues. I thought Mark Geyer spoke a lot of sense on the issue.

Got one of those AusPost travel cards for my trip and wired like $7,000 to it on Friday.

Bounced back to my account today.

Useless.
