yeah this happened to my Dad few weeks ago and it sold, he'd been there for 10 years or so. It sucks.

Same happened to me about 9 months ago the owner even offered $1000 cash if i wanted out of the lease early, (i think he thought it would sell fast), here I am 9 months later lease still in place untill February and not 1 person has looked at the house.

I'd say hes against it. Big Sam might break a finger nail and be out 4 weeks minimum if he is shoulder charged.

Put in an offer of 75% of the asking price. You might just get it on the cheap.
