Meh at the end of the day I have 3 kids that are healthy. Thats all that really matters, all the other stuff was possessions that were hollow compared to being a dad and a granddad.

So the house i currently rent is up for sale. Fml

That sucks man. Happened to us a few years ago. Pain in the arse.

Good thing now though is the house we are renting at the moment is owned by my dad and his wife. So no rent increases, lease is until we can afford to buy our own, and anything that needs to be fixed gets done, all I do is send an email to the real estate and my dad. The real estate we are with are hopeless at organizing to get things fixed.

I sent in a repair request form on the 4th of October to have our air con fixed.
