Got to agree with Jobber. While there's definitely something quite beautiful about frost on the lawn and a light dusting of snow (not to mention the beautifully crisp nights) - I can't stand the cold long term.

He said, bracing for four more months of Chinese winter :-(

I dunno, I love living in my warm climate, whenever I go anywhere though I like going places that are cold eg NZ winter.

Why travel to get something the same as what I get at home

Same reason I dont seek beaches when I go somewhere, I already have (amongst) the best coastline at my doorstep
