Your thing says "the late show". David Letterman is the host of the late show. So obviously you've got a picture of a couple of people trying to impersonate Letterman. But they're doing a really bad job of it.

The Late Show was an Australian comedy show in 1992-93. The two characters are mimicking sports commentators from the ABC and were called Graham and the Colonel.

In 40 episodes, David Letterman was not referred to, alluded to or imitated in the slightest possible bit at all.
