We got a pump to help with the excess that build up from time to time. It helps enormously. Also - mate, with triplets I hate to tell you, but there will be very little time for the funny business. Hope they're all doing well!

I think i'll get a few in before the boys come home.. then it will be hardly any, ill have shit tins of police academy study and feeds for the bubs and mum will be absolutely shagged.

Natural birth is generally 6 weeks after the birth when you can have special cuddles.

Don't know about C-Sections though.
