Careful Twizzle people were calling people sooks for being concerned about the rain in Brisbane a few pages back. I imagine the families of the people that have died so far don't really consider their concerns unwarranted or the owners of the over 600 houses that are underwater.

I like AFL less and less, but a decent game is watchable. There's definitely some skills involved, kicking skills are pretty reasonable.

Football is great though. Cricket and League will always be my favourite sports but football is only just behind them. I like baseball as well.

Union is best at a slightly lower level because there is more attacking motive, although it then lacks the intensity of a high quality sport. Find the NZ provincial comp, ITM Cup, fun to watch. Super 15 and internationals are f**king boring as hell though for me. NFL is crap as well

Nothing is as shit as motorsport though.

I don't see how you can call NFL crap when you enjoy baseball and soccer. Not sure how you can sit through a whole game knowing you might not see a run/goal. Baseball nudges out yawnion for world's most boring sport I think

There have been some incredibly exciting goalless draws this year already. I don't understand lack of goals as a criticism of football. Especially when you regularly get 5 or more in a match.

I kind of like NFL, it is close to League without being too boring as Union. I just wish the black players would stop dancing after every play, it is very annoying.
