So one of the walker brothers has a baby in a humidicrib across from my 3 babies.

Not sure which walker it is, I think it is Shane walker. I recognised the face yesterday but the give away was when 2 other blokes walked in who also looked like a walker brother, so all 3 brothers were there, can't really tell the difference between Ben and Shane, I'll always know Chris walkers mug though.

Nah, I went and saw a 'Night in Fantasia' years ago.

Ghibli films were the theme that night, a bit of Final Fantasy as well. A good night!

The Superbowl halftime show makes the NRL one look like a bunch of toothless junkies playing a triangle in the mall busking.

Halfway through my annual 1 game of NFL per year.

Not eager to repeat the experience.

Maybe it's a Zelda fanboy thing
Maybe you're all flash and zero substance?

That sounds fantastic, dude. Much jealous. Big Ghibli and FF fan... actually I watched Princess Mononoke just last night, lol.

My wife wants me to appear completely undesirable to the opposite sex. Not too much of a stretch, to be honest.

By the by, is this Zelda concert touring, or is it an Opera House only thing?

This. It leaves the AFL and NRL for dead. A lot of people have a whinge at the NRL for trying to imitate the NFL, but jeese they sure know how to put on a show. Even Alicia keys rendition of the national anthem sent shivers down my spine.. The NRL comparison is Sarah de bono who most people have already forgotten about.

Still the best film they've made to date. Nausicaa was also very good.
Actually visited their museum in Mitaka. Very slick. No pics allowed inside, but I managed to grab a few!

Posting about it on an internet forum must be reaping huge dividends, lol. FTR, the number of stunning women just about outweigh the neckbeards in attendance. You're a bit of a dinosaur in your perception... it's 2013, not 1998.

Nausicaa is fantastic. If I had to rank my top 3 Ghiblis that I've seen, it would be -

1. Mononoke - absolute masterpiece.
2. Howls Moving Castle - An absolute visual delight. Incredible.
3. Nausicaa - along similar themes to Mononoke, really... but still a total masterpiece. Is showing it's age a bit now, though... particularly the soundtrack.

Spirited Away is unlucky to miss out, as it is a visual feast, too.

Unfortunately it was only a 1-weekend thing at the Opera House.
