I was going to make a post about how I'm sad at how badly the Roar performed vs Buriram Utd but I wouldn't want to offend with my Johnnie-come-lately attitudes and all

I'm totes glad i decided not to make an effort to watch that one. Given the way they have been playing they shouldn't be any where near the asian champions league.

Then again, they shouldn't have had to have been qualifying in the first place, should have been an automatic qualify.

If you think you're seeing a zombie apocalypse today. Don't fret. It's probably just me walking towards you.

I hate this day.

I prefer to show my love for my partner in other ways. All over her face...

Fantastic effort to get a 1-1 draw at the Bernabau. Should have been 2-1, but any team would take that result. Particularly pleased with David De Gea.

Was supposed to wake up early and go for a bike ride then watch the champions league.
Instead I woke up at 10:30am and feel like shit cause I overslept

feeling like shit because you overslept is such a myth.
Oversleeping is a myth, your body wakes up when it is fully rested or when you make yourself wake up earlier.

Fighting your body that wants to wake up by staying asleep is just stupid.

Depends on what your used to.

At my old job I generally only ever got 5 hours sleep. Any more and I felt like shit. (Starting times varied between 2 and 6am)

Now with my new job I get 8-9 hours every night and my body has only just started to get used to it. (Start at 9am most of the time. Very rarely start at 8am)

Going back to sleep after I wake up makes me tired.

or at least I think it does.

Need to get out of the habit of turning my alarm of and going back to sleep.
