Doing kickboxing and stength conditioning at this gym which is owned by kickboxing champ Reinhard Badato and his brothers. I was 93kg at my heaviest, approaching triple digits. Dropped down to 86.5kg. And my stomach is slowly getting flatter and flatter. I can see a line in the middle now.

I can also now do 1 chin up.
