I should add too that the NRL are getting something for their money. Bigger crowds create a bigger spectacle on Television and lifts the brand of the NRL overall. Overall the NRL as a business, the value of that business rises. It's an investment.
Bigger crowds make games must see events and with this comes more media coverage in the form of tv news features, column inches and social media content keeping the game present and minds of the public.

An 18th team in Perth.

A 4th FTA game.

A 9th game in a Sunday or Monday night timeslot.

Some form of double header on FTA to target at least metros (e.g. Storm vs Rabbitohs, Dolphins vs Eels) over a 4+ hour block. Either Fridays 6:00 to 10:30 on 10, Saturdays 6:30 to 10:30, Sunday 2:00 to 6:00 or Sunday 3:00 to 7:30 on 10.

A better stadium plan with reciprocal memberships e.g. if you're a Roosters member you can go to Souths Tigers and Dragons games at SFS.

With better stadium plans, teams sacrifice home games (which are made up for with reciprocal matches) so the NRL can have a pool of neutral matches to take to other areas without permanent NRL teams.
Bring back Monday night Games 😊

Which would make them a similar size to the Titans.
And plenty of other clubs in nrl. Wests, St George, bulldogs, souths, warriors pre covid, cowboys, canberra, manly, eels and so it goes on. If we can’t hit 16k or so in our first seasons that’s a great base to build on. Getting the stadium up to 25k will certainly help overall avg..

There's no way a Perth-based team will earn as much revenue from football operations as the Cowboys.

Well it’s becoming increasingly apparent that the NRL needs to somehow build a super medium sized stadium similar to commbank of around 30-35k in Liverpool for the tigers and bulldogs to use and then watch this competition hit the f-ing stratosphere!!!

Hiding behind all this joy and optimism is an administration that guided us through COVID, and has never looked back. For once in my memory (and I’m old) we have a savvy leadership that’s proud of the game and determined to have it flourish. All the discussions, predictions and energy here come from that. The conversation here is totally different from as recent as 3 years ago. Vlandys is a ruthless bastard and that’s what we needed. Every club must be looking at its future now differently. That includes venue choices for games as discussed above. What has always held us back has been crap administrations and player stupidity. Great times ahead.

Final piece of the jigsaw for Sydney.
Brookvale needs redevelopment to 20k and rebranding to include central coast ( northern Eagles) playing a few games on the central coast, that will constraint supply and push attendance.
Dragons needs to increase the stands on the southern end and corners to bring it over 20k at Wollongong playing all non Sydney clubs there with the Sydney games at alliance.
Rabbits to Alliance.
Accor needs Double headers..

Sharks to Perth lol
