i think its because for me at least its because its just a memory type thing. i loved them when i was 15/16/17 and i still listen to a few albums even now, so i'm going to se them just to say i've seen them and enjoy the old tunes.
Same thing for me man. Chocolate starfish came out when I was 18, just about every party I went to at that time was pumping out Limp Bizkit. Remember going on road trips down to Sydney with Livin' It Up blasting out the window. Good times.
I only really like Chocolate Starfish and Significant Other amongst their albums, and Beave is right most of their later material is pure sh*te. But I just can't go from loving their music back in the day to hating them now just because people tell me I'm supposed to hate them.
I'm not concerned with what other people think about my music preferences. I have no time for people who tell me what music I should listen to. Most of those sort of people are pretentious indie types who listen to jumped up kicks by Foster The People just because it's the "in thing".
Music has been and always will be about personal choice. Screw the haters. Not directed at you Beave.
