Well its down to 2. Kings v Melbounre.

The bigger story is going to be the pathetic crowd on hand for game 1.
I hear not even 3000 tickets have been sold yet. A League Soccer GF can sell 30,000 tickets in 5 hours (i just managed to get 2 tickets this morning) yet Kings will probably sell 5k in one week. Terrible!

In terms of the match itself im thinking Kings in 5

Being a Kings fan and seeing as they have been dominant for the past three years i'd say them in a clean sweep. One question though, is Rolan playing??

rolan is gone...not coming back.
Tigers have beaten them with Rolan...they can do it minus rolan.
no 4peat for the kings

tigers in 4.
Too big, too tall for the kings.

Only Ben Knight to combat Anstey...... They can talk about double teams all they want. Tigers easily in 4

thats right colonel...and Anstey is a good passing big man who can find the open man in a double team.
Kings tallest is 6'8.
Tigers have a 7 footer in anstey and also a fw 6'10 6'11 guys who can play.
Kings have met their match for the 1st time in their finals history

Double teaming Anstey with Tucker, McDonald and Thomas on the floor is dangerous. They also have Hoare playing well with Stiff and Motram providing more size. Can't believe the Kings didn't chase another big man when Roberts went down.

cedric webber is suspect. very streaky.
Kings have no inside presence. They better be on fire for 3s as they will be launching 25-30 a game.
If the kings win this series then it will be unbelievable in the extreme.

More like 35-40!

Must be said if they hit a good percentage of these 25-40 3s then they are hard to stop

Its the only way i see us winning.

Tigers way too tall for the Kings
54-32 in the rebound count. Alot of offensive boards.
Tigers with 20 plus turnovers...this could have been 27 instead of 7.
CJ Bruton injured possibly.
Sweep!

We gave that game away. Didnt even try to rebound etc. Shots were not falling plus being cold from the field dosent help much.
Good win to the Tigers anyways. If they sweep us then bloody good on em.

Like i said of the 25-40 3s we are going to put up every game we need to shoot at 45-50% to win.

Tonight we shot 44 three point attempts but only made something like 12 or 14.

Kings MUST win on Sunday otherwise i fear our record championship run might be coming to an end.

In saying that even if we were to fall to 2-0 i would still have hope we can win game 3 at home and 4 away to set up a game 5 at home again.

Wishful thinking i know....

Very tough loss for the Queens.
Lack of height really cost them at the end with the Tigers able to get 2nd and 3rd shot opportunities.
Lack of experience and no import will cost the kings greatly.
Rolan Roberts...hmmm...what could have been had he not tried to be a hero in a dunk comp.

Can someone explain why we didn't shoot with three seconds remaining in the game and scores level?

Disgraceful.

That was pathetic from Barlow.
Cant believe players are not aware of the time on the clock.
He was shooting great from downtown so he could have spotted up and shot a 3 and would have been the hero. As it is he was the goat. Still, he did shoot well, but he also committed some dumb dumb fouls with the Kings in the penalty.

I thought Chuck Sherman was going to wind down the clock to 3 or 4 seconds and launch a triple, but for some reason he didn't? Must have been the 3,500 crowd doing their job.

Your 0-1 down in a 5 game series you should be mentally fit, Sherman had 7 seconds from 3/4 court to launch a shot for a chance to win the game.

What do you put it down to inexperience? Considering that he top scored for the Kings and hit 5 treys?
