Do you seriously think this incident warrants us dropping him? Im not being naive, im just being realistic.

not just this incident but since he has come back. ive defended him this year but this is the line for me. its pre-season, hes had half year off already and late to training in the first place now wants more time off...it seems like he's milking it a bit, as he said he wants to get on with his footy and not dwell on whats happened....he's not exactly doing that atm

I don't ideally, but I think the club needs to question his commitment to rugby league and whether he's in the right head space to continue to play rugby league at the top level. He's still not re-signed for next year apparently.

F*ck him off - the bloke has proven to be too high maintenance, and more trouble than he is worth. Took time off last season too, prior to the Johns saga, if I remember correctly.

Only those involved will know the full story, but ducking the mediation for his alleged racial slur does him no favours in his already rock-bottom low publicity stakes.

Why the club wants him baffles me - the only thing I can think of is that Osborne has made him some "redemption" project under either his publically stated friendship with Tahu, or the auspices of his Hillsong affiliation.

Parra should be wary about including him in their on field plans. Off the field, he needs their help.
I still find it ludicrous that an indiginous players father can whinge when one of his own calls his kid a black merkin on racial friggin discrimination. Does anyone find it ironic that this kid comes from Macksville way (so I hear)? The last koori player from there thought he was a Queenslander, and this koori player thinks Tahu is a Pom ffs????

Ok, sorry for thinking that we shouldnt jump to conclusions based on the TELECRAPS article on Tahu not attending training.
