When you have completed the whois, do an ABN search on the government site. The result will be a sole trader with a few trading names. Then do a search on those trading names. This will lead you to the names of the registrant & their facebook pages & company pages.
How they were able to to be elligible for a protest site without a trading name is beyond me.
