He has signed a part-time contract. Spoke to Ned Catic at the 7's who raved on about how much of a gun player he is and said if it wasn't for injuries he would be a more established player than what he is at the moment. He says he needs an injury free year and we'll see the best of him.

Unless Stapleton is 22o cm and 130 kg, I agree with Pazza - compared to the solid, nuggety Stapo, O'Dwyer looks small-ish.

I am excited to see Kat, Stapo, Thorman and other guys get a chance to show what they can do.

Trail matches are usually not a big deal(as we all know) but I like the look of both teams this year...I feel that there are alot of similars to both sides...should be an interesting encounter,Sharkies have alot of first graders in their squad also...

Might even venture down and have a look...I live on the Sunshine Coast only four hours away....

Armit and Tsoulos missing aswell. I think that they will both be there on the bench for the start of the 2004 season.

This O'Dwyer kid, is he big and physical?

Tsoulos is not part of the full-time squad, he is still a part timer, but that doesn't mean he won't get a run in 2004!
