The stats show he is clearly superior. Tbf he should be as he's 23 and physically ready for NRL and Arthur isn't. He might be one day but not yet.

Right, but that’s what makes him a utility. Strong defence at multiple positions plus he has a decent running game. Halves need to be able to kick and defend well enough for a bloke who can kick.
