Looking at the team. It’s an embarrassment. Apart from Moses & RCG being out, we don’t have many more injuries. The team looks like a quality Reserve grade side. Being 13th on the table is where we deserve to be with quality of team.

We have a coach who can’t admit he is wrong by still playing players who are not performing or who are just utter shit. We also have a coach and management who think they are brad Pitt from money ball and trying to polish turd players, to get better “value” out of them.

Retention is his job too, plus throwing cash and structure at pathways.

I reckon his retention has been top shelf, pathways has turned around amazingly however he’s been doing his acquisitions at Aldi (Ok not Hopgood). But hey, maybe the budget dictates that.

Yeah he will improve again.

In 12 months time with another 20 games under his belt I reckon he will close to elite.

Just needs to be stronger defensively for longer. Learn with more experience to pace yourself as a 80 min player each week.
