Confidence is a nice trait Frog.
You guys are favourites, thats ok.
1991? Ha.

I can refer back to 1979 when Bath's babes wanted to " crush the opposition".
Difference is we did it in September not June.

You have a solid footy side that has done well thus far.
Congrats.
You wont win the title matey. A month ago the Titans were riding high.

Enjoy the moment. You will probably beat a depleted side, but it wont be a hiding.

Oh you've given us some serious football lessons over the years. It was not until 2010 that we won a game at Kogarah. I especially remember winning 6 straight in 1984 and then losing 40-6 at Kogarah. Again in 2003 it was your side that broke a long winning streak.

Still, I do think this is a fairly complete and well coached football team, but one without stars. Most think next year is more likely to be our year, but we'll just keep turning up.

Here's looking forward to a great game. :D

Penrith are showing the league something at present. Top of the table but no reps in either SOO team. This team plays to a plan and their strengths. They may not win the comp but their supporters have lots to enjoy through the season. On paper we could win this game. But on the field... See what impact Mary has had on the team

They may not win the comp....but then again they may...as the season goes on they may grow in confidence and who knows...

I'd rather be in their position than ours frankly...

I think we are a better than chance the bookies or anyone else is giving us.......

I have looked at Pennies Draw also and have to admit that they have had an easier than most.

Looking at their draw they have already played Newcastle, Titans and Raiders twice.

Played Dogs, Rabbitohs and Melbourne only once each.

The last 6 games have been

Titans
Sharks
Newcastle
Raiders
Parramatta
Titans again

not taking away that they have won 4 on the trot but in the same time we have played Warriors, Roosters, Dogs, Parramatta, Rabbitohs and Sharks

4 top 8 sides vs their 1 (Parramatta)

Panthers played Dogs and beat them whilst Saints got flogged and scored 1 try in the end against the Dogs. Parra were floggd by the Panthers only for the Eels to flog the Dragons 36-0 a week later.

Saints have won 5 games, 2 against the Warriors (once post McFadden the other win was on McFaddens' first game in charge) and 2 against the Sharks. Other game was against the quarantined Tigers. Saints have a long way to go before they can start getting people to believe they are back and this week will be a huge step if they win.

Even Murdoch-masila who's on the bench for the Penriff NSW Cup team would be handy in our pack right now....We will get killed in the ruck in this game.

I think since the changes to the long term player cap McKendry is off the list to be shopped. Once his contract is up (I think at the end of 2015) who knows.

We will get dusted up on Saturday my head says but.. if we happen to pull one out of our arse, there is certainly hope for 2014. Hope widdop has a blinder. He has been one quiet bloke recently and he said on the footy show how he wished to be the dominant playmaker. Go the dragons

A win in NZ is not to be sneezed at. It is our next assignment after this weekend...if we can beat the bye.

Nah, that is what I heard as well. Tim Grant and McKendry were not wantd. But then they changed their mind on Grant and heard nothing since for McKendry.
