Yup Lewis looked good. He'd be my replacement half for Ports if something were to happen.

1 Orcher
2 Fergo
3 Stapo
4 Collis (Was not impressed however he has experience.. give him a few weeks)
5 Cov (he'll be there however I'm not 100% sure he should be - Put Gordon there)
6 Baz
7 Ports
8 Snowy
9 Morris
10 Dougy
11 Williams
12 Toops
13 Gal

14 Flano
15 Bukuya
16 Cuthbo
17 Millington

I don't feel there is enough size on the bench however I haven't seen enough of our new big boppers and I thought Cordoba was a joke through the trial.

Only Mills and Joudo from that group.
Kelly is in the top 25
Is Joudo, Mills, Kyle O'Donnell, Elih Baillie and Isaac Gordon

Orcher is too old for NYC. Will be NSW Cup or first grade for him

Also I must say I really hope we see Fergo at centre now as well.

For mine

1) Stapo
2) TT
3) Collis
4) Fergo
5) Cov

would be a big improvement it also get TT in the team as well, which has to be a bonus. (I would prefer to try someone quicker at 5 as well though)

Good call, I'm just not a massive fan of Covell, solid cover but not a round 1 starter imo. I'd be going:
1. TT (obviously (C))
2. Stapleton
3. Collis
4. Fergs
5. Orcher (or if not fit Gardner)
with Kelly coming off the bench or slotting into fullback if TT's injury isn't right. The preference would be to pick TT at 1 and 5, but to keep him fresh, at least during the early rounds, Orcher looks the goods.

Tautai as fullback?, if your going to troll...

wait never mind

orcher has fallen off the radar something severe, incumbents should get first crack at there respective positions and we can move from there..

never mind the fact that we had the largest player turn over in the league & we came second last (JUST), and Ricky said that we had a heap of people playing first grade that were no where near being ready for first grade!

p.s. Not just necessarily talking about Stapo, more to the fact that in our case I dont think incumbents should just be shoe in for there spots, if its believed that a better player can be used!)

p.p.s TT aint no fullback, Wing, centre or as is believed from parra supporters in the second row

2. Covell
3. Collis
4. Ferguson
5. Tautai

Missing out:
Millington - appears to have lost ay type of mobility that he had. Can NOT run!
Pommeroy - just no better than last year
B Wright - not the answer
M Wright - not the answer
Cordoba - good NSW Cup player
Morris - slow from dummy half

Having watched Kelly last year in NYC at Parra , must be stretching it for you guys if you have in the 17. He appeared to be at least a couple of years away from the NRL, you must have someone better.

Well under the new downtown rule, each club will kick the ball to Covell, even with the extra room, he will make no ground, the guy needs to go, we need speed on the wings, not a snail, lets see in the match vs melbourne the yardage the back 3 of both make

Based on yesterday's trial, the team needs to be:

1. Stapleton
2. Gordon
3. Wright
4. Ferguson
5. Covell
6. Porter
7. Kelly
8. Snowden
9. Flanagan
10. Douglas
11. Tupou
12. Gallen
13. Barrett

14. Williams
15. Vave
16. Bakuya
17. Morris

Barrett can slot into the halves if need be, but he didn't provide much last night, whereas Kelly and Porter were dangerous. Cuthbertson couldn't catch a cold in Siberia, so he misses out. Millington looked stuffed after ten minutes, and missed easy tackles. Aiton offered little, and Wright showed more promise than Pom.

Mr Freak, may I suggest Trent was not pushing himself too hard in a trial. He is not Ricky's kind of lock.

Pom continues to to played on the left. This truly defies my logic.
