Assuming Tuaupiki is back? He copped a horrendous shot not long ago.

TMM slotting back in is the obvious move, but also sneakily wondering if Tannah Boyd might get a run.

Saw something about this midweek, Webster gave him the following Tuesday off but said he was fine. He flew, no complications etc after it.

Metcalf's was a cork, I imagine he'll play.

I think it'll be TT to wing (if fit) Capewell to centre. If TT not able to play. it's Eeeeddd KOSI!

Assuming Berry, Taine and Metcalf are available:

1. CNK
2. Tuaupiki
3. Berry
4. Pompey
5. RTS
6. CHT
7. Metcalf
8. Fish
9. Egan
10. Ford
11. Capewell
12. Halasima
13. Clark

14. TMM
15. Laban
16. Vaimauga
17. TSS

If no Berry then Capewell to centre, Laban to start.. maybe Bunty joins the bench? Or if Webster wants some backrow cover then EIT might get a debut.
If no Taine, then Kosi (who played frustratingly well for Cup)
If no Metcalf, then as @vvrulz has already said, TMM is the logical choice which brings Healy onto the bench.

But regardless of the lineup... need a big lift from Fish. First crack against his old mates and I expected a massive one from him, but right from his first carry he lost the collision and felt like he never bounced back from that. Maybe stats show something else (?) and happy to be told otherwise if so, but gut feel... disappointing. Hope he takes it personal and rips in this week.

Which makes me think the coaches need to have a better plan for when a half goes down.
Metcalf was a passenger in the second half and the backline didn't work.
They must have had a clue - Pompey took the first shot at goal.

To be fair, TMM would've slotted into 7 pretty seamlessly had Metcalf been the only concern.

But with DWZ and Marata gone by halftime as well, it was either Metcalf soldiering on, or going down to a 1 man bench. They probably juggled as best they could tbh.

I'm sure you're right.
But starting injured players in key positions is a risky manoeuvre
