I wish we had Jazz back. I don't even care about his penalties. He oozed motivation and commitment.
At times, sure, but I don't remember him being someone we fawned over last year.

I don't think we lacked motivation last week, just skill and proper direction.

i think he was a good guy to have in the locker room to charge everyone up. Im not sure who that guy is now. Hopefully JFH.

Game day...I have this nervous, awful feeling in my guts.

Honestly, a decent result would be to defend well, and keep Manly to less than what, 24 or so? They won't have any fears about what is going to be thrown at them from our attack
Good teams seem to be destroying the 'also-rans' atm. We are definitely in the also-ran category. I dunno if I can even watch. I'm hoping for a miracle but expecting like 40-6.

What pisses me off, is that if we could muster a good team and maintain it for a period of time, it feels as if we could threaten the All Blacks for NZ's most followed team. Something that I wouldn't even have dreamed of, as little as 5 years ago. But we don't have that and won't have that this year. The team is mud.

Sadly I'm not nervous at all because my expectations are so low. I've picked them but that's just blind loyalty getting the better of me.

Any idea on ticket sales? Fri evening game should mean a good turnout normally but havent seen any reports on sales.

I tried the 'blind loyalty' card for the Las Vegas game. As the Who might say "Won't be fooled again."

Capewell is going to get destroyed by Haumole. Poor old Pompey & CHT will be tidying up the mess.

This has to be the least excited I've been about a Warriors game in a LONG time. Considering it's only Round 2, this doesn't bode well for the season
Hmm I completely get this. I'm always up for the Warriors as long as the season is still alive, I am genuinely excited slash naive.

I think helping me is that my daughter loves the Warriors now and loves how wound up I get, I'm generally a pretty calm, middle of the road guy emotionally!

Watched the replay last night.
I have to eat my words. Fair enough, we turned up!
Knowing the result watching it, I still had the dread feeling when Turbo scored in the first few minutes.

I love TT and Ali. Erin Clark stood up. Barnett hitting his strides again, Egan man I hope he can keep fit! Fish doing what we hoped Fish would do.
