Made no mistakes and ran pretty hard and effectively for plenty of meters. It was a fair effort. He plugged a hole effectively. Must give credit where credit is due. I'd still be happy to never see him on the team list again though.
I put Pompey in that category too, but he does the job more often than not.

Storm looked good yesterday, particularly for short, explosive stints (minutes 10-20 and minutes 45-65).

The referee played a role in that outcome by failing to penalize the Storm at the ruck. They’ve built a reputation as the biggest offenders in that area yet consistently get away with it because of their winning record. There’s no doubt they’ll be our toughest challenge this week, but if we dominate the ruck and keep up our relentless metres, we’re more than capable of matching them.

I can’t stand this team, not just because they’re good at bending the rules and testing the ref, but because they’re insufferable winners. There’s a smugness about them that makes every win feel like a lecture. They’re the worst kind of winners, in my opinion.

So pretty much what you might expect, almost the same team except Berry in at Kosi's expense. No NAS to do his dirty work. Boyd moves up the reserves pecking order ahead of Te Maire
