No really surprise selections there. Will be interesting to see whether Prince targets Uate. Given his playmaking skills, I would assume so. However is he is up against a near rookie so he may be able to get away with a bit more.

Rogers can set up a try from nothing, no doubt about that.

I just don't know if he and Mullen would be a good combo.

TBH id rate Rogers as the better halfback out of the 2.

If you're a Knights fan and haven't listened to the media conference - do it.

You'll absolutely love what Brian Smith says about Akuila Uate.

I don't go for the Knights and I loved what he had to say - so refreshing to hear a coach tell the media, fans etc what he really thinks of a player rather than the same old - well he's got potential but with a bit of experience etc etc.

Smith might as well be Akuila's godfather such is the praise he gives the kid.

Personally I saw enough last year to think Uate is going to excite a lot of fans this year and clearly Smith agrees.

Seriously download the media conference and listen to it on your ipod or on your computer and enjoy Smithy get frustrated by some really dumb questions and get an insight into your club you don't often get (all teams should upload these - would make keeping up to what is really said about the team each week than relying on the papers to feed it down to us).

Anyhoo - don't mind plugging this feature on the Knights site - very very good one.

I agree, and that may be how it pans out. I think Rogers will be a good buy for us.

Rogers runs to the line more than any of our other halves. At 5/8 he can drag Mullen up to the line with him where Mullen's passing game can be more effective. It's an interesting prospect which should make us quicker up the middle.
