Interesting Weller Hauraki didn't play v Sharks and hasn't been named anywhere this week guess he must be injured which is a shame he was going great.

Good to see John Williams back it was reported that he played v Sharks but still very good to see him back.

Mckinnon is the best fullback at the club. Burt is way behind. Wing is his best spot -nay his ONLY spot! Graham is uterly useless. Smith has ballsed up again.

Deano is a very good player but he aint a centre the game @ leichhardt this year showed that.

Yep...Widders is so much more effective from the bench. Not a starting player IMO.

yeah!! Johnny actually played against the sharks on the weekend and was very solid in his first hit out of the year. Lets hope he's tied up for next year because the kid has potential.

I'd leave Burt at Full-back.....and maybe push McKinnon to the centres, Burt is alot better fullback then Centre......and i reckon McKinnon could be dynamic out wide one on one with his strength.

i have thought that myself, but thought i would be howled down for even suggesting it

i think it because fullback seems to be the position that brings out the best in Luke Burt - he runs and attack from there better and just seems a lot more confident when playing there

the only problem is his defence and decision making in defence is just not in the same league as Wade's currently???? so its a pickle, but definitely worth considering in my opinion

Maybe Burty should start the off-season training and a few games in Premmies next year at the no 1. Give him some more time to work on his defence?

With Petersen, Tahu, Grothe, McKinnon and maybe Smith or O'Dwyer in firsts it would give him time to work on it? Who knows?
