Team vs Bunnies semi final

If we get through to face Penrith, I want to see someone in our club making some noise in the lead up to the game about the fact that defensive teams struggle to put kick pressure on Cleary because Penrith deploy illegal blockers that are almost flat with the play the ball, every single time. The markers are blocked from putting on kick pressure every single time - it’s usually Yeo and Fisher Harris, stood a couple of meters to the side of the play the ball, illegally blocking access to Cleary.

I've been paying a bit of attention to this of late.
It seems to be most teams are employing this tactic now, but they're just better at it.

When did it become acceptable?
They're offside FFS.
Blow the pharqing penalty.

Oh, that's right, we can't slow the game down by blowing penalties all the time.
A quick game's a good game.
Just let it slide. Like the myriad other things they ignore.

The game is a dead set beat up at the moment. Inconsistency never works in society, but thrives in the NRL.
If you want inconsistency, re-watch Saturday nights game, then again don’t, some of the incidents in the last 5 minutes alone, probally sent my rage o meter into overdrive

I just cannot bring myself to watch it again…

My missus has already chipped me about my bad attitude following a loss (in front of her family)…

🤣🤣🤣

Yeah I need my head read watching it again, but being there was like watching a
Car Crash in slow motion. Things sort of stood still then it was just over. Still burning 🔥

lol, good way to describe it. Could see it happening but had no control over it

Frenzy.

Didn't Bennett go off about this before the GF last year?

Nothing will happen with noise. Best thing would be to emulate it and try and set a precedent for the game.

With ??? Over Sifa I’d be tempted to add Miller to the bench and start Wilton on the edge for 80 and move Finucane to the front row and alter Wade and McInnes at lock.

Ya what? I can’t watch it. Still pissed. 46 secs is all we needed to hang in for. It was like I knew what was going to happen.

a good chunk of those 46 seconds could have been taken off the clock if not for a quick 20m restart 5 minutes earlier with 12 men.. 🤦🏼‍♂️

You could identify moments in the whole game where time could have been wasted. With 5 mins to go we should have won that game.

My fear this game is the NRL will want everyone’s 2nd favourite team, the pride of the league, remaining in the finals. 🙄

If you were someone who was upset with the reffing in the Cowboys game, you ain’t seen nothing yet!
Don’t want to agree with your second paragraph. I’m saying that, I was not at all disappointed that I am double booked on Saturday night and having to miss the game.
They are going to have to play the game of their lives to get through Id say.
The Souths tidal wave of love is all to be seen.
