I might be going against the grain here but I’m hoping Fitzy makes a late switch with Tolman on the bench for Fifita.

I think we need Tolmans minutes out there if some of the forwards show signs of fatigue from last week. I think he also keeps things tighter in the middle.

Our bench rotation has been shit all year long imo. A large problem of that has been Fifita having to be careful on how many defending minutes he gets so we push others longer in their stints to counter Fifita.
If we get lucky and have the ball or defending in good position Fifita can last a lot longer, but when we are on the wrong end of possession is when we see the effectiveness of Fifita

Contingency plan. Fitz probably knew it would be close and go the wire. He's had 3 forwards last week play minimal minutes, even in a 93 minute game.

Please get Uele or hunt on him 1 on 1 for a crash play close to the line. Would love to see Talakai come over to his side as well and run at him. Switch it up a little at times.

If we get through to face Penrith, I want to see someone in our club making some noise in the lead up to the game about the fact that defensive teams struggle to put kick pressure on Cleary because Penrith deploy illegal blockers that are almost flat with the play the ball, every single time. The markers are blocked from putting on kick pressure every single time - it’s usually Yeo and Fisher Harris, stood a couple of meters to the side of the play the ball, illegally blocking access to Cleary.
